Psychotherapy is a gift to yourself with the ultimate goal to gain the tools you need to have better relationships and flourish within yourself in a way that you feel proud, satisfied, and at peace with the life that you build as you age and look back on how you broke free from the feelings that were holding you back.

Because no two people are the same and we all have different experiences in life, our approach is diverse and may take from different modalities our therapist are trained on. Our therapist will meet you where you currently are in your life so you can feel comfortable in the process. Our team of therapist are trained in several evidence-based treatments approved by the Los Angeles Department of Mental Health that focus on the healing of trauma, anxiety, depression, relational issues, parenting support,  substance abuse, and many more mental health conditions.

 

Online Therapy

Telehealth is the term used to refer to online psychotherapy. We offer Online Psychotherapy/Counseling using SIMPLE PRACTICE, a secure confidential HIPPA complaint platform. ONLINE therapy is convenient for busy professionals, individuals who are homebound or who are not living in the San Fernando Valley. If you live in the state of California you have the option to obtain therapy via Online Counseling. Online Counseling allows us to provide services to those living near metropolitan areas such as San Diego, San Jose, Santa Clarita, Santa Clara, Valencia, Palmdale, Los Angeles, Long Beach, Irvine, Orange County, and rural areas in California.

In Person

For local clients, in person can be scheduled at our office located in the Warner Center area in Woodland Hills. It is on the 10th floor of the Farmers Building at 6303 Owensmouth Ave. in Woodland Hills. This build shares parking with The Village and Costco. You receive 2 hours of free parking when you enter through The Village or Costco which gives you the opportunity to shop or dine after your session. The office is conveniently accessible from the Ventura Freeway (101) in the San Fernando Valley. I provide services to the cities in San Fernando Valley (Calabazas, Canoga Park, Chatsworth, Encino, Northridge, Porter Rach, Sherman Oaks, Tarzana, West Hills, Winnetka, Woodland Hills, and Ventura County (Agoura, Simi Valley, Moorpark, Thousand Oaks).
