I use evidence-based methods including DBT, CBT for childhood trauma, MAP (to address childhood mental health and behaviors), and Seeking Safety for trauma treatment. As a bilingual therapist, I offer complete therapy sessions in Spanish, honoring your cultural values and lived experiences.
When appropriate, I also integrate Christian principles for those who find faith meaningful in their healing journey.
