Hello!

As a Christian therapist, I believe that true healing comes from addressing the whole person - body, mind, and spirit. With a Master of Science in Counseling from Hope International University and a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to every session. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, trauma, or relationship issues, I can help. My goal is to assist you discover the root of your struggles and work with you to build a fulfilling life. Together, we will develop a personalized plan that combines evidence-based counseling techniques with spiritual guidance to help you overcome any obstacle.

I love walking my dogs and gardening with my Lego-loving, Star Wars-watching, wonderfully weird family.
