TESTIMONIALS
"Been going to Analin for weekly sessions for a couple of months now, and I can truthfully admit that choosing her as my therapist was and still is a beneficial decision for my mental health.
Initially I was a bit worried at the prospect of even starting therapy, but when I finally decided to take the plunge I was treated with a prompt and informative email; from the very beginning, she was responsive and attentive to my needs. She recommended an over the phone consultation and paired it with a questionnaire for me to fill out in order to get a sense of who I was/am as a person. Those two small gestures allowed me to feel comfortable, and gave me a solid sense of who I was going to be spending 1:1 time with for my sessions.
Since the first interactions going forward it has been a rewarding experience. I've definitely gained perspective and insights from my time spent with her- she's challenged me, provided me with out of session tasks, recommended supplemental readings, as well as offering ideas of personal projects to further my insights into what I want and how that's possible. She has been non-judgmental, is a great listener, provides great counsel and is incredibly kind. Would recommend her to anyone willing to better themselves!"
