• Registered with the BBS.

We are paneled with a few insurance providers and will provide your caseload. Your credentialing and contracting will be provided. Also, supervision will be provided. We offer competitive compensation and this is a W2 position.

Mental Health Counselor Duties and Responsibilities 

• Maintain and update your calendar.

• Provide individual mental health therapy to individuals, couples, children, and families virtually or in the office.

• Conduct intake assessments, identify diagnoses, and create a personalized treatment plan to reach client’s wellbeing and treatment goal.

• Complete all documentations in the electronic record keeping system in accordance with documentation policies and procedures within 24 hours of completion of clinical session.

• Assess and implement crisis interventions to prevent and control crises.

• Track client progress and adjust treatment as needed.

• You will receive the support of your supervisor with any treatment or work related questions you have.
