What insurances do you accept?
I accept Optum, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, UMR, UHC Student Resources, AllSavers UHC, Harvard Pilgrim, Oxford Health Plans, and Oscar.

Do you Accept Out-of-Network (OON) Insurances?
For out-of-network coverage, I have partnered with Thrizer to handle this process automatically for my clients. With Thrizer you will only have to pay your co-insurance for our sessions, instead of paying my full fee and waiting for reimbursements. This can save you 70% upfront on our sessions. During our intake process, I’ll help you verify if you have out-of-network benefits and how much your co-insurance would be.
Your insurance will reimburse you according to your policy’s out-of-network benefits. Call your insurance to inquire about your behavioral or outpatient benefits. You can locate the telephone number on the back of your insurance card.

What are your Rates?
Individual Therapy $165 - 53 minutes sessions
Couples Therapy $185 - $250 - 53-90 minutes sessions

Payment: Sessions are paid the day of your appointment with a credit card, HSA / Flex Card, EAP plan, or the claim is submitted to your insurance. You must provide a credit card to secure your appointment.

Cancelation Policy: Due to the nature of this service, your appointment is reserved and hold for youIf you do not show up to your scheduled therapy appointment, and you did not notify your therapist 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Do you offer sliding scale?
I do offer sessions at a reduced rate per clients' financial needs. I have limited
openings and this benefit is only available on a limited basis need.
